Construction Carpentry Teacher

The Windham School District is accepting applications for a Construction Carpentry Instructor vacancy at the Sanchez State Jail in El Paso, Texas.

Minimum Requirements:  A high school diploma or GED with 5 years of full-time wage earning experience, within the last 8 years,  in construction carpentry or a Bachelor's degree with 3 years of full-time wage earning experience within the last 8 years, AND a deficiency plan from a college or university working towards vocational trades and industry certification. Vocational instructors shall obtain the required certification/license before the end of the contract year in which the teacher is first employed in order to maintain employment with the district.
